Empowering Learners to Protect the Environment
Pamville Junior School launched the KK Arise for Environment project to inspire young people to become responsible environmental stewards through education, creativity and community engagement.
The event featured Little Miss Uganda Queen Komuhangi Kanyonyozi, who shared messages about environmental conservation and recycling. Learners participated in a recycled-fashion show, presenting outfits made from reusable materials, followed by an environmental-awareness parade through the Nsangi community.
The project helps children understand that actions such as recycling, reducing waste and caring for nature can make a lasting positive difference.
